H. J. Carroll Dies at Douglas
H. J. (Red) Carroll, 56, formerly of Lusk, died in his sleep last Thursday at his home in Douglas. Funeral services were conducted from the Stark Funeral Home of Douglas Monday morning at 10:00. Burial was in Douglas.
Survivors include his widow, Jean, his mother, Mrs. Mary Carroll of Douglas, one brother Dave Carroll, and a sister, Mrs. William (Marguerite) Backer, both of Tucson, Ariz.
Friends of the family in attendance from this area were Mr. and Mrs. John Goddard, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Reed, Mr. and Mrs. Walt Reed, Mrs. Bud Reed, Sam Reed, Mr. and Mrs. Mick Coen, Mrs. Elvin Haworth and Teri, and Mr. and Mrs. Loren (Bing) Barr.
