Thos. Dutcher of Dogie Victim of Tick Fever
Theodore Thomas Dutcher, 58 years old, who had been herding sheep for the Dixon Sheep Co., near Dogie, Wyo., died in Newcastle, Friday, August 11, the first victim of tick fever in Weston county. Mr. Dutcher was taken ill Wednesday, August 2, but all attempts to save his life proved futile.
Funeral services were held at the graveside in Greenwood Cemetery, with Rev. Pudom of Newcastle officiating. Survivors of the immediate family are his wife, a daughter, Mabel, and two sons, Kenneth and Lyle.
Friends of Dutcher in the Dogie community are assisting the bereaved ones in their moment of sorrow.
