Gerald Kennedy dies in Chadron Hospital Jan. 31
Gerald W. Kennedy, 70, former resident of Sioux County living on the Clyde Galloway place south of Harrison at one time, died Jan. 31 in the Chadron Hospital.
He was born March 24, 1907 in Sioux County.
Survivors include his widow, Josephine, of the home, 775 Bordeaux, Chadron; a son, William of Lincoln; three daughters, Barbara Jo Gregalis of Buffalo, Wyo., Lela Criswell of Orinda, Calif., and Avis Blaylock of Gering; a brother, Bud of Crawford and by four grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Thursday, at the United Methodist Church in Chadron with the Rev. Charles A. Richardson officiating. Burial was in the Crawford Cemetery.
