Thirty Years Ago - November 21, 1922
Mrs. Mike Popovich, 35, died at her home in the southeast part of town Friday afternoon. She was born in Serbia, where she was married to Mr. Popovich. They are the parents of eleven children, eight of whom survive. The family came to Lusk in 1919 from Ely, Nevada. Funeral services were conducted from the home by Father Patterson of Douglas. Interment was made in the Lusk cemetery.
