William P. Gay

FIFTY YEARS AGO - Oct. 23, 1902

Wm. P. Gay died Saturday morning at the home ranch of A. A. Spaugh. He was 65 years old and had spent most of his life in the west. He is survived by two sisters whom he had not seen for 30 years and he did not wish to have them notified of his death until after he was buried. He had asked George Kiethley to look after details when he died and Mr. Kiethley did this very well.
