Jack William Marchant
Jack William Marchant, age 77, of Hot Springs, S.D. passed away Aug. 16, 2008 at the Michael J. Fitzmaurice State Veterans Home in Hot Springs. Funeral services were held Saturday, Aug. 23, 2008 at McColley's Chapel of the Hills in Hot Springs. Committal was at Lusk Cemetery in Lusk, Wyo.
He was born Oct. 17, 1930 in Omaha, Neb. to Pat and Marjorie (Zerbst) Marchant. He was a veteran of the Korean War and a long time Wyoming rancher.
Jack is survived by son, Jay and wife, Laura; granddaughter, Melody Marchant of Hot Springs, S.D.; daughter, Lou Anne Marchant and granddaughter, Julia Rogerson of Keller, TX; aunt, Nancy Zerbst of Newcastle, Wyo. and many cousins.
He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
