Father of Floyd and Roy McLain Passes Away
George McLain of Royal, Neb., father of Floyd and Roy McLain and Mrs. August Spjut of this county passed away Sunday morning, October 6th, at his Nebraska home. Mr. McLain had been ailing for some time, having been bedfast for four months.
Heart trouble was the immediate cause of his death, but before the end came dropsy had set in. At the time of his death Mr. McLain was 68 years of age.
Floyd and Roy McLain and Mrs. August Spjut attended the funeral, which was held at Royal, Neb. on Tuesday, October 8th.
