Doris Jones Dies

Mrs. Hayden (Doris L.) Jones, 57, died in Houston, Texas, Friday. Funeral service was held Tuesday in Casper at the Bustard Funeral Home at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. John E. Williams, Ph. D., of the First Presbyterian Church, officiating. Burial was made in Highland Cemetery.

She was born in Ainsley, Neb., on April 10, 1918, and moved to Guernsey as a young girl. She married Hayden Jones on January
3, 1934, in Guernsey. The couple and their family lived in Lance Creek for several years where Mr. Jones worked for the Continental Oil Company. They also made their home in Denver and Casper. Mrs. Jones was a member of the B.P.O. Does in Casper.

She is survived by four daughters: Mrs. Peggy Phillips of Denver, Mrs. Patricia Hyek and Mrs. Davene Daily, both of Houston, and Mrs. Fran Brooks of Reseda, Calif.; nine grandchildren; her step-mother Mrs. Roy Wright of Council Bluff, Iowa and two brothers and 5 sisters.

She was preceded in death by her husband. Memorials can be made to the Blue Envelope Fund in Casper.
