WILL BE MISSED BY FRIENDS AND PLAYMATES
Lila Evelyn, the seven-year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Foote, died October 9 in this city of tuberculosis. The little one, who would have been eight years old on the last day of this month, had been a patient sufferer for two years. Besides her parents, four sisters, a brother and a host of friends, are left to mourn her. Services were held at the cemetery Saturday, October 11, the Baptist minister officiating.
Little Lila was an extremely good girl and loved by all who knew her. Her passing leaves a huge void in, not only her own home but in the wide circle of her acquaintances and playmates.
