Grandson of Lusk Couple Loses Life In Home Blaze
Joe Amos, three and one half year old grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Glen Riley of Lusk, died in the blaze which ravaged the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Riley of Hopkins, Mo. a couple of weeks ago.
The little boy was also the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Stallman, formerly of Keeline and Harrison but now of Lingle and are well known to many people here.
The charred body of the child was found in a clothes closet of the home where it is believed the fire originated, likely being set by the child playing with matches.
Besides his parents he is survived by two sisters and four brothers and both pairs of grandparents.
Mr. and Mrs. Glen Riley and Mr. and Mrs. Stallman went to Missouri to attend the funeral.
