Services for Edith A. Baldwin, 92, were held February 29, 1988 at Peet Mortuary Chapel. Rev. Philip King officiated. Burial was in the Lusk Cemetery.
Mrs. Baldwin died February 24, 1988 at the Goshen County Memorial Nursing Home in Torrington. She was born October 21,1895, in Hazard, NE, the daughter of John and Frances Hollenbeck.
She taught school in Nebraska and Wyoming before marrying Harry L. Baldwin on March 30, 1921. They were the parents of three sons, Harry R., Edward J. and Robert L.
The couple ranched near Van Tassell until 1954, when they moved to Mesa, AZ, and returned to Wyoming each summer. They moved to Torrington in 1976.
She was preceded in death by her husband; one son, Robert; two brothers; six sisters and her parents.
Survivors include two sons, Harry R. of Van Tassell and Edward J. of Torrington; seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
