Mrs. Minnie Fero Dies at Douglas
Mrs. Minnie Fero died Sunday, Dec. 10, in the Converse County Memorial hospital at Douglas.
The deceased was the mother of Frank Fero of Glendo, former band instructor in the Lusk high school. She was born at Schenectady, N.Y. April 23, 1866 and in 1882 was married to Alfred Fero at Ripon, Wisconsin.
In 1917 the family moved to Wyoming and took up a homestead near Shawnee, Wyo., where they lived until a few years ago when Mr. and Mrs. Fero moved into Douglas.
Funeral services were held in the Congregational church at Douglas on Wednesday with the Rev. Louis Gale in charge. Internment was made in the Douglas Park cemetery.
