Robert Bixler Dies Saturday
Robert Harvey Bixler, 19, son of Mr. and Mrs. C. K. Bixler of Fort Collins, Colo., former Lusk residents, died early Saturday morning, June 21 at Poudre Valley Memorial Hospital, in Fort Collins. He had been ill since December.
Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Dr. Henry Baker, Tuesday, in the First United Methodist Church in Fort Collins. Interment was at the Resthaven Memory Gardens.
Bixler was born Dec. 14, 1949 at Scottsbluff, Nebr. He was a political science major at Western State College, Gunnison, Colo., and a member of a sky-diving team there. He graduated last year from Fort Collins High School and was employed at Ranchway Feeds.
Survivors are his parents, a sister, Bonnie Lee, a brother, Joey, and maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John K. Parsons of Harrison.
C. K. Bixler is a director of the Lusk State Bank.
