William H. Miller, Jr.
Funeral services for William Harold Miller, Jr., 19, were held Monday, Apr. 21, l986 at the Converse Funeral Chapel in Douglas. Father Philip Colibraro of St. James Catholic Church officiated with burial following in the Douglas Park Cemetery. Miller died Wednesday, April 16, 1986 at Memorial Hospital of Natrona County in Casper following a brief illness.
The son of William and Nancy (Williams) Miller, Sr., he was born July 13, 1966 at Milford, CT. As a baby, his family moved to Ventura, CA and resided there until moving to Lusk in 1977, and then to Douglas in 1980. He attended Douglas schools where he was active in wrestling and basketball. He was an active bowler, and was an avid fisherman and hunter.
Bill is survived by his parents of Douglas; three brothers, Michael Williams, Rodney Miller and James Miller, all of Douglas; one sister, Charlene Williams of Douglas; paternal grandmother Mary E. Miller of Lusk two nieces and two nephews.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, James L. Miller, and his maternal grandparents, John and Agnes Williams.
A memorial to the Leukemia Foundation was established by the family.
