Richard L. Wilkison
Services for Casper resident Richard L. Wilkison, were conducted at 11 a.m., March 23 in the chapel of Oregon Trail State Veterans' Cemetery in Evansville by the Rev. Gordon Roe.
He died March 18, 2005 at the Wyoming Medical Center.
Born Feb. 9, 1948, in Lusk, he was the son of Floyd and Anna Belle (Moore) Wilkison and was raised and educated there.
He married Millie Sawyer in Lusk on Nov. 5, 1976. They moved to Casper in 1983.
His interests included shooting, motorcycle riding, and being outdoors.
Survivors include two brothers, Lenard Wilkison of Lusk and Ronald of Casper; two sisters, Connie Burdick of Bar Nunn and Doris Valencia of Broomfield, N. Mex.; four children, Michele Jackson of Lingle and Leslie, Bryan and Sarah Wilkison, all of Casper; and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Rose Moore and Nellie Brunner; and two brothers, Cliff and Donald Wilkison.
