Frank Starkey
Graveside services for Frank Starkey, 87, of Lusk, were conducted Oct. 12, 1999, in the Lusk Cemetery by Rev. Tom Strock of First Baptist Church of Lusk.
He died Oct. 7, 1999 at Wyoming Medical Center in Casper.
He was born and raised in Kingman, Kan. and lived in Wyoming for many years.
He worked for Risler and McMurry, Casper Concrete and several small contractors.
Survivors include his wife Rena of Lusk; son William of Loveland, Colo.; sister Anna Starkey of Kingman; and brother Dean Starkey of Thousand Oaks, Calif.
Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
Cicmanec-Pier Funeral Home of Lusk was in charge of arrangements.
