Mrs. Shelton Dies In Grand Island Fri.

Mrs. Rose Shelton a Harrison resident for many years, died in a Grand Island, hospital Friday. Funeral services were held in Grand Island Tuesday and burial was also there.

Mrs. Shelton had recently undergone an operation, but was thought to be progressing very well and had planned to be dismissed from the hospital in early September.

The death date in the US Social Security Index is August 15, 1967. "Friday" as stated in this obituary, would have been August 25, 1967.
