Ed Shane Dies in Rochester, Minn.
Ed Shane, 67, father of Mrs. Ronald Podolak and brother of J. C. Shane of Lusk, died Saturday night at Rochester, (Minn.) Memorial Hospital. Funeral service was being held this Wednesday afternoon at 3:00 at the Helvey (Neb.) Church.
Planning to attend the service were Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Shane and his sister, Mrs. Dotty Warnock of Douglas and Mrs. Billy DesEnfants of Torrington, daughter of the J. C. Shanes.
Survivors include his widow of Fairbury, Neb., and another daughter, Mrs. Sally Pfiefer of Alexandria, Neb.
