Mother of Mr. Hank Dies in Nebraska
Mrs. Myrtle B. Hank, 81, Grand Island, Neb., died early Tuesday morning at the Golden Age Village in Grand Island. She was the mother of Van Hank of Lusk. Funeral arrangements are pending.
Mr. and Mrs. Hank left Tuesday evening for Grand Island.

Mother of Van Hank Dies July 7 in Neb.
Mrs. Myrtle B. Hank, 80, of Grand Island, Neb., died July 7. Funeral services were held last Thursday morning from the Apfel-Butler-Geddes Funeral Home. Burial was in the Hoffer Cemetery, Gresham, Neb.
She was born Sept. 13, 1889, at Osceola, Neb., to Avery and Geneva Ransom. She attended schools in Polk County and grew to womanhood in the Gresham community.
August 13, 1907, she married Joseph G. Hank at Osceola. They lived on a farm north of Osceola. In 1924 they moved to a farm in Hall County where they lived until 1931 when they moved to Grand Island where she lived until her death.
Her husband, two sons, two daughters, one sister, three brothers and parents died previously.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Hazel Sidwell, Grand Island, Mrs. George Looney, Phoenix, Ariz.; three sons, Harry of Grand Island, Van of Lusk, and Raymond of Bolder, Colo.; 15 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Mr. and Mrs. Hank of Lusk attended the services.
