Dolly Potter Services Held
Graveside service for Mrs. Dolly A. Potter, 90, former Lusk resident, was held in Torrington Sept. 27 at the Valley View Cemetery.
Mrs. Potter, the mother of Jim Potter of Lusk, died in Oceanside, Calif. where she had lived since moving there in 1943 with her late husband James S. Potter.
Funeral service was held at 10:00 a.m. Sept. 25 in the chapel of the Oceanside Mortuary with Dr. A. Barry Jones and the Ladies Auxiliary of the Lee Ruse V.F.W. Post officiating.
She was a member of the V.F.W. Auxiliary, Grandmothers Club of Oceanside, American War Mothers of Lusk, and the Women's Relief Corps of Grand Army No. 143.
She was preceded in death by her husband and daughter Wyoma Paris. Survivors include daughters, Mrs. Charlie Tappan of Canyonville, Ore, and Mrs. Iola Miller of Van Nuys, Calif.; sons Jim of Lusk, Jule Potter, Evansville, Harold Potter of Bel Air, Md., and Lloyd Brown of Dunning, Neb.; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
