Robert Plunkett Dies in Casper
Robert Emmet Plunkett, 65, who died in Casper, Wyo., on November 14, was buried at Harrison Friday afternoon with services being held from the Methodist Church with the Rev. James Keith officiating.
He was born at Harrison on July 29, 1901, the son of John F. and Mary Kimball Plunkett, the last of nine children. He attended the Warbonnet School north of Harrison and worked on ranches in the area. A lover of horses and livestock, he worked in South Dakota, Montana, Idaho, Wyoming and Nebraska.
On November 9, 1965, he married Mrs. Alice Forbes at Casper and they have resided there since.
Surviving besides his widow are two sisters-in-law, Mrs. Bertha Plunkett of Harrison and Mrs. Margaret Michurd; and one sister, Mrs. Anna Lehr of Nampa, Idaho.
