Warren Gallup dies Nov. 17 in Cheyenne
Warren A. Gallup, 65, Cheyenne, formerly of Lusk, died at a Cheyenne hospital November 17. Funeral services were held Friday at 2:00 p.m., at the Wiederspahn Chapel of the Chimes. The Rev. Emery Roy officiated.
Burial was in the Memorial Gardens with the Cheyenne Lodge 1, AF and AM, conducting graveside services.
Casket bearers were Clem Lord, Jack Platt, Dick Everseull, Jack Niles, D. J. Olinger and Frank Cordiner.
He was a veteran employee of the Wyoming Highway Department.
Survivors include his widow, Olive, of the family home; two sons, Dr. James Gallup of Pontiac, Mich., Warren Gallup Jr., Cheyenne; and a daughter, Mrs. Karen Stapp of Cheyenne, one sister and five grandchildren.
Among those attending the services from Lusk, were Mr. and Mrs. Ab DeCastro, Mrs. Lila Johnson, Mrs. Florence Godfrey, and Mr. and Mrs. Herb Klindt.
