Early Day Resident Dies in Colorado
Lon A. Galbreath, 93, of Fort Collins, Colo., died early Sunday morning following a lingering illness. Funeral services were held this Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. from Hunters' Garden Chapel with burial in Loveland, Colo.
Mr. Galbreath was a Lusk resident for many years having operated the Lusk Livery Stable with Fred Rogers in 1914. He worked for T. A. Godfrey in the Conoco Station for several years and left Lusk in the early 30's.
He was born at Creston, Iowa, the son of Andrew B. and Mary Elizabeth Galbreath.
His wife, Susie, died previously.
Survivors include two nephews, Lee and Earl Galbreath, both of Crawford, Neb.
