William Frank Nourse
Former Resident Dies in California
William Frank Nourse, 75, of Richmond, Calif., died July 21 at the Richmond Hospital. He was a resident of Niobrara County for 37 years prior to going to California a year and a half ago. He worked on the Art Joss ranch for many years and later moved to Lusk and made his home with Claude Parmely.
Funeral services were conducted by the Rev. Franklin W. Scott of the El Sobrante Methodist Church at the Civic Chapel of the Wilson and Kratzer Mortuaries of Richmond, July 24 at 9 a.m. Burial was at the Rolling Hills Memorial Park t Richmond.
Survivors include his daughter, Mrs. Dolores Umbarger, Richmond; a son, William Nourse, Colona, Ill.; a sister, Mrs. Ruth Karam, Manhattan Beach, Calif.; a brother, Elmer Hughes, Minneapolis, Minn.; and five grandchildren.
