No services are planned now for Marion Pauline Novak, 72, who died Feb. 13, 2001, at Torrington Community Hospital.
She was born May 11, 1928, in O'Neill, Neb. the daughter of James and Gladys (Tackett) Boyle.
She grew up and received her early education in O'Neill.
The family moved to Omaha, Neb., when she was 17 and she graduated from Omaha High School.
She worked as a waitress for a short time. She was then married for a short time and divorced. She later met and married Eugene Novak on Aug. 20, 1955, in Miami, Okla.
They traveled quite extensively and finally settled in Ft. Collins, Colo., in 1962, where she worked for Hewlett Packard building and testing computers.
She retired in 1980 because of ill health.
Survivors include her husband of Lusk; a son, Jim Trowbridge of Gold Beach, Ore.; a daughter Jeanette Cramer of Kansas City, Mo., four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
