Lily I. Nottley, 96, of Lusk, Wyoming died December 18, 1998. She was born in Gloucestershire, England on August 1, 1902
Lillian had lived in Canada, New York, Michigan, Kentucky, Florida and then moved to Lusk, Wyoming where she spent the last three years living with her son, Dr. Kenneth E. Turner and daughter-in-law Joyce.
Her survivors include eight grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, and son Kenneth.
She was preceded in death by her two husbands, Elmore W. Turner, who died Nov. 13, 1951, Reuben Nottley who died May 9, 1972 and also her son,
William L. Turner who died October 10, 1995.
Lillian was past Grand Matron of the Eastern Star. She also belonged to numerous other organizations throughout her lifetime.
Memorial services were held December 29, 1998 at the Congregational Church in Lusk. The Reverend Don Chansler officiated. Interment will take place at Grand Lawn Cemetery in Detroit, Michigan. She will be buried next to her first husband and father of her two sons, Elmore William Turner.
