Mrs. Oliver Moss, Former Manville Resident Dies

Mrs. Oliver A. Moss, former Manville resident, died January 29, at the age of 72.

Rose Francis Stasch, the oldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Stasch was born in Kilgore, Neb., August 9, 1900. After attending school in Kilgore she enrolled in Nurses Training at the State Hospital in Lincoln, Neb.

November 15, 1919, she and Oliver A. Moss were married. Mr. and Mrs. Moss spent most of their married life in Wyoming where he was associated with the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad. Mrs. Moss continued to live in Manville following Mr. Moss' death in March 1959. The last few years she has made her home at Crest View Manor in Chadron.

She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Josephine Stasch of Valentine and her children, Harold I., Spokane, Wash., James V. Riverton, Mrs. Don (Bonnie) Neal of Spokane, Earl O. of Chadron and Charles L. of Toledo, Ohio.

She is also survived by two sisters, Mrs. M. K. Bates of Hot Springs, S.D. and Mrs. John L. Steever of Brandshaw, Neb., and three brothers, Edward of Merriman, Leo of Cody, and John Lavern of Sidney.

Her father, one sister, Agnes, and one brother, Donald died previously.
