Art Morrison Dies Sunday
Arthur S. Morrison, 58, a resident of Lusk since 1953, died at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Cheyenne Sunday afternoon. He had been stricken with a heart attack last month.
Mr. Morrison, who had lived in Wyoming for 47 years, was district supervisor of the Bureau of Sport Fisheries and Wildlife.
He was born in Sibley, Iowa on June 22, 1907. A veteran of World War II he saw action in the South Pacific. He and Edna Marie Glomstad were married at Sturgeon Bay, Wis., September 22, 1944.
The body lay in state at the Peet Mortuary in Lusk Tuesday and until 3:00 p.m. Wednesday when the remains were taken to Sturgeon Bay for services and burial on Saturday.
Mr. Morrison was a member of the Disabled Veterans of America and the American Legion.
Besides his widow he is survived by a brother, Harold of Ogden, Utah, and a brother-in-law Henry Glomstad of Two Rivers, Wis.
