Died Suddenly
The whole community was greatly shocked to learn that Miss Polly Bare had suddenly succumbed early Wednesday morning to an attack of spinal meningitis. She was sick for only about four days and prior to that time was in the best of health and enjoying to the fullest her school vacation. The family has the sincere sympathy of all who knew this bright and accomplished young girl. It seems only a day since she took part in the class play with her school mates; but, at best, this mortal life is fleeting and its joys unenduring.
Funeral services were held today at the Episcopal church and were largely attended. The remains were interred in Lusk cemetery.
