Note: First recorded Howard was Chief Justice William Howard, recorded in 932/952 AD in the isles of Goshen, Parrish of Terrington, Great Britian. His real name was William Bloomberg who took his mother's maiden name of Howard. Similar to President William Howard Taft. President Taft had a tremendous disagreement with his father and so he took his mother's maiden name of Taft for his last name.
The Historical Point: About 30 generations in Torrington, Goshen, WY, USA, Ross Vernon Howard is recorded as marrying on the 31 May 1935 to Edith Margaret Keimig. Therefore, I think we are truly descended from the First Chief Justice of the Common Pleas, Judge William Bloomberg Howard!
