Last Rites for Anna Anderson
Miss Anna Anderson, 63, a lifetime resident of Northwest Nebraska, died November 1 at St. Joseph Hospital in Alliance. Miss Anderson had been ill for several months.
She was born in Harrison May 11, 1903, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jim Anderson pioneer residents of Sioux County. She lived in Harrison until she was 14 years old when the family moved to Crawford. She made her home in Alliance the past 30 years.
Survivors include two sisters Mrs. Oscar Carey of Hemingford, and Mrs. Charles Allison of Alliance. Miss Anderson was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
Funeral services were held at Holy Rosary Church in Alliance with Father Raymond Dooley officiating. Graveside services were held Friday morning at the Crawford Cemetery with burial there beside her parents.
Cousins of Miss Anderson from Harrison who attended the services were Mrs. Alma Henry, Mrs. Millie Zimmerman, Miss Hilda Ebersprecher, Mrs. Bertha Parsons, Mrs. Florence Ebersprecher, Mrs. Katie Ebersprecher, Mr. and Mrs. Dell DeHaven, Mr. and Mrs. John E. Ebersprecher and Marilyn, and Clyde Hill.
