Helen A. Hudson

Graveside services for Helen A. Hudson, 84, were held Saturday, Aug 2 at the Lusk Cemetery with Rev. Nick Natelli officiating.

Mrs. Hudson died Thursday morning, July 31, 1986, at Memorial Hospital of Natrona County in Casper. She was born Oct. 23, 1901, in Pleasant, Kansas, the daughter of Jesse and Allie Rice.

When Helen was 11 years old, she moved with her family to Valentine, NE. She later moved to Lusk and lived there for many years before moving to Douglas in 1968. She entered the Niobrara Memorial Nursing Home on Dec. 20, 1984.

Among her survivors are many friends, including May Shepard of Douglas. Peet Mortuary was in charge of arrangements.
