Irene Held, Former Resident, Dies Sun.
Mrs. Irene Held, 84, Arcadia, Calif., an early resident of this area, died Sunday, Jan. 17, at Arcadia. Funeral services were Wednesday at Whittier, Calif.
She was born November 7, 1886, in Wisconsin to Mr. and Mrs. Matt Hargraves. She came to Wyoming as a child with her parents. She married George Held and has lived in California for many years, returning to Wyoming often to visit relatives, the late Mrs. Harry Hargraves and her sons, Robert Hargraves of Worland, Lyman and Gordon of Casper, Mrs. Nellie Haines and Noal Hargraves of Guernsey.
She is survived by one sister, Mrs. Rachel Pearson of Arcadia.
