Genevieve Graham Dies In Newcastle
Funeral services for Genevieve "Tiny" Graham, 51, were held Monday at the McColley Funeral Home Chapel. Mrs. Graham was reared in Lance Creek and graduated from Manville High School in 1942.
She died last Thursday at Weston County Memorial Hospital. The Rev. Bryan Clark officiated at the funeral. Burial was in Greenwood Cemetery at Newcastle.
Genevieve Kennelly was born April 27, 1924, in Newell, S. D. Her family later moved to Midwest and then to Lance Creek.
She married Paul Graham in 1944 in Custer, S. D. In 1951 the couple moved to Newcastle where they had lived since except for a year in Alaska.
She was a member of the V. F. W. Auxiliary.
She is survived by her husband, Paul; a son, Robert; a daughter, Paula; a brother, Robert Kennelly of Bell Creek, Mont.; two sisters, Juanita Leach of Salt Lake City, and Adelaide Abbey of Denver; and one granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by a son and a sister.
