Funeral services for Alta "Nadine" Ellicott were held Friday, Dec. 2 at the Methodist Church in Harrison, Neb. with Pastor Babe Richardson officiating. Burial was at Van Tassell, Wyo.

Mrs. Ellicott died Nov. 28, 2005 at Crawford, Neb.; she was 70 years of age. A memorial has been established for the Harrison Methodist Church or Harrison Fire Department. Donations may be sent to Chamberlain Chapel, P.O. Box 970, Chadron, NE 69337.

She was affiliated with Harrison Methodist Church and United Methodist Women.

Mrs. Ellicott was born Nov. 18, 1935 in Alliance, Neb., to Willard and Edna Pearl Carpenter.

She is survived by her husband, Paul Ellicott of Harrison, Neb.; mother Pearl Carpenter of Kimball, Neb.; sons Don Ellicott and wife Lisa of Bartley, Neb., Jim Ellicott and wife Marla of Harrison, Neb. and Mike Ellicott of Harrison, Neb.; daughter Karen Ellicott of Lincoln, Neb.; sisters Norma Stolz of Kimball, Neb., and Twila Davis of Whitman, Texas; brothers Frank Carpenter and wife Suzanne of Virginia Beach, Va. and Cyril Carpenter and wife Jean of Parker, Colo.; and four grandchildren.

Arrangements were placed in care of Chamberlain Chapel of Crawford, Neb.
