Former Resident Dies in Newcastle July 21
Mrs. Mary Byna Gette, 48, of Torrington, a former Lusk resident, died unexpectedly July 21 while visiting relatives in Newcastle.
Mrs. Gette, remembered here as the former Mary Roll, was born in Newell, S. D. to Robert and Rose Clark Kennelly.
She was married to Joseph L. Gette at Ely, Nev., May 12, 1963, and besides her husband she is survived by one son, Ross Roll, of Belle Fourche, S. D., one daughter, Mrs. Vicki Ault of Torrington, three sisters, Mrs. Paul Graham of Newcastle, Mrs. George Abbey of Casper, and Mrs. Robert Leach of Bountiful, Utah; one brother, Robert Kennelly of Osage, Wyo. and four grandchildren. Her parents and three children preceded her in death.
Services were held Wednesday, July 23, at 2:30 p.m. at the Colyer Funeral Home in Torrington and interment was made in Valley View Cemetery.
