Jack A. Green

Services for Jack A. Green, 63, will be at 2 p.m. today, Wednesday, May 27, 1992, in the Bader-Peet Mortuary Chapel in Lusk with Rev. Mark Lohr officiating.

Green died Sunday morning, May 24, 1992, at the Wyoming Medical Center in Casper. He was born April 18, 1929, at Sumner, Ill., the son of Ralph and Carrie Green.

He served in the Army and he married Winona Kay Pepple on Dec. 22, 1954, in Fernando, Miss. He later began working for Marathon Oil Company and in October 1968, he and his family moved to Lance Creek, Wyo., where he continued to work for Marathon.

The family moved to Manville in 1975. He retired in 1987, after 26 years of employment with Marathon.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife, Kay, of Manville; one son, Mark A Green of Lusk; one daughter, Kim Berdahl of Casper; one brother, Jerry P. Green of Lusk; two grandchildren, Carrie and Erick of Casper and many other relatives and friends.

For those who wish, memorials to the Niobrara County Memorial Hospital or the Lusk Ambulance Service will be appreciated by the family.
