Memorial services for Warren "Tom" Eggleston, 63, were conducted Tuesday at United Presbyterian Church in Guernsey with the Rev. Marion Canterberry and the Rev. Judy Cuthbertson officiating.
Inurnment followed at Prairie Rest Cemetery in Guernsey.
He died February 9, 1999 at his home in Harmony.
He was born August 15, 1935 in Douglas, a son to Jack G. and Mabel (Enbody) Eggleston. He received his schooling in Douglas and Glendo.
He worked on a ranch in the Labonte community in the Laramie Peak area as well as the Bromley sawmill, also in the Laramie Peak area.
He started working in the construction business around Guernsey before going to work for Brandt and Wicklund in the logging business in the Fox Park area.
In 1984 he moved to Harmony where he was employed as a bus driver and custodian. He retired in 1987.
He was married to Billie B. Bromley on October 21, 1956 at the Esterbrook Church in Esterbrook.
Among his hobbies were fishing, hunting, spending time outdoors and he loved spending time with his family.
He was a member of the Episcopal Church in Douglas and WYCOLO Lodge.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include his wife of Harmony; daughter, Debra Hefford and her husband of Bonney Lake, Wash. and Dianna M. Klein of Laramie; a son, Jack L. Eggleston of Wheatland; a brother, Jerry Eggleston of Laramie; a sister, Shirley Brown of Lusk; seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to Star Care Bonnell Good Samaritan, Respiratory Unit, 708 22st. St., Greeley, Colo., 80631 or a charity of the donor's choice.
Buck - Heggie Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
