Dear Editor:
What's this talk about changing the name of Lusk to Rawhide?
Have nothing to do with it, for the name was adopted by the early pioneers of that area and has been held in high esteem among all the fine cities of Wyoming all these years.
Don't change the name to Rawhide - for the very name itself indicates a "skin game".
When you change the name of your paper, cancel my subscription covered by the enclosed check and gimme my money back.
Kindest regards, to you and the gang, if you still live in Lusk, but if you live in that other place called Rawhide - go jump in the creek.
Come on down and join us "Where the Silvery Colorado Wends its way."
Sincerely,
Frank W. Cambers
