Memorial services for Earl Franklin "Chip" Jensen Jr., 65, will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at the First Baptist Church in Lusk, Wyoming with Pastor Tom Strock officiating.

Chip Jensen died at his home in Glenrock, Wyoming of natural causes.

Earl "Chip" Jensen was born Saturday, June 16, 1951 in Lusk, Wyoming the son of Earl Franklin Jensen St. and Vlasta Catherine (Shimek) Jensen. He was raised and educated In Lusk, and graduated from the Lusk High School. He worked for Hubbard Milling in Lusk as a truck driver. He also drove for Dixon Brothers out of Casper, Wyoming for several years. He retired in October 2016.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and was an avid mechanic.

He is survived by his children, Mark Alexander Jensen of San Antonio, Texas, Matt Quentin (Alsia) Jensen of Furquay Vania, North Carolina, Melissa Sue Jensen of Atlanta, Georgia, and Velvet (Jake) Fowler of Torrington, Wyoming; siblings Jens Jensen of Glenrock and Paula Jensen Cox; and seven grandchildren.

Her was preceded in death by his father, Earl, on August 6, 1983; his mother Vlasta, on June 20, 1999; and siblings, Cecil R. Allbright, and Zelda Lawrence.
