He was raised in Lance Creek, Wyo., and attended school in Lusk as well.

He met Lola (Owens), and they married in Feb. 1963. To this union four children were born: Kathy Ruscitto Dobson, Kristine Phillips, Kevin L. Dobson, and Kimberly Dobson. All were raised in Lusk.

Denny worked many careers in the county of Niobrara. He worked many years as an electrician for the Town of Lusk, and served as a Law Enforcement officer. He also took part in the construction of the State Women's Facility here in Lusk. Denny worked for Roger Peterson in construction. He loved to paint, and his work was top notch. He spent many years working for the county. At the time of his illness, he was a partner to his only and loving son Kevin in K-D Maintenance Inc.

All of his life he enjoyed the out of doors, never failing to bless his young family with family vacations spent camping, boating, and fishing; as well as teaching his kids to water ski.

In his more recent years he dedicated his time and life to work with his son; time with his late loving wife; and they spent much time with their best friend Shirley Murphy of Douglas.

Denny and Lola spent many years loving and living for their grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Family and landscaping were Denny's favorite pastimes. He will be greatly missed and never forgotten.
