Former J. P. Here Dies in California

Ernest Rosson, 78, retired justice of the peace of Lusk, died last week in a Martinez, Calif. hospital.

For the past five years he had lived with his daughter, Mrs. Charlotte E. Tackett, and her family in Richmond, Calif.

He was a member of the Baptist Church here and was a native of Tennessee.

Surviving, besides his daughter in Richmond, are these grandchildren: Larry Rosson of Washington, D. C.; Clyde A. Tackett, Miss Mary Lou Tackett, and Miss Eunice Tackett, all of Richmond.

Funeral services were held in Richmond Monday afternoon.
