Mrs. Elizabeth Snow, a very well known pioneer woman of this area, died at her home in Long Beach, Calif., May 29. Funeral services were held June 3 from St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Long Beach with Rev. Father James E. Hansen officiating.

Interment was made in a mausoleum at Sunnyside, Calif., beside her husband. Mrs. Snow first came to this area in 1875 from Omaha 11 years before Lusk was founded.
