Ralph Franklin Fitzwater, former resident of Lusk, died June 3 after a long illness. He died in the White House County Manor in White House, Ohio. He was 73 years old.
Ralph was born November 29, 1919. He moved to Lusk in 1961. He worked for Charlie Christianson for 12 years. Ralph was a member of the Elks and a World War II veteran.
He is preceded in death by his parents, two wives, Geraldine Fitzwater and Dorothy Vaughn Fitzwater, and three grandchildren.
He is survived by 11 children: James, Richard, and Cindy of Bowling Green; Darrell, Michael, and Kathy of Lusk; William and Harry of Torrington; Ralph Jr. in California; Sally in Kansas; Vicki in Florida; a sister Sally Luna, 25 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
There will be a graveside Memorial at 2 p.m. June 15, presided by Rev. Vaughn of Torrington.
