George Daniel Heine

Memorial services for George Daniel Heine, age 75, were conducted Oct. 22, 1993, at Memorial Chapel Funeral Home by Rev. Judith McQuiston of Winter Memorial Presbyterian Church.

Interment of cremains was at Memorial Gardens Cemetery with military rites accorded by the United Veterans Council of Natrona County.

Mr. Heine died Oct. 22, 1993, at the Wyoming Medical Center following a brief illness.

He was born Aug, 26, 1918, at Jireh, Wyo., the son of Leonard and Pearl (Whitehall) Heine.

A World War II veteran, Mr. Heine joined the U.S. Army Air Corps in 1942, attaining the rank of sergeant, and was discharged in 1945. He moved to the Casper area in 1947.

On May 22, 1965, he married Pearl Anderson in Casper.

Mr. Heine was employed by Standard Oil Company (Amoco) until retiring in January 1979.

He was a member of American Legion Post No. 8 of Douglas.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife in 1990; and a brother, Richard J. Heine.

Survivors include one daughter, Lynda Freese of Casper; one stepson, Rodney Ondler of Casper; one brother, Elbert E. Heine of Manville, Wyo.; three sisters, Genevieve Manning and Margaret Hunt, both of Casper, Wyo. Also surviving are a granddaughter, two great-grandsons and several nieces and nephews.

Flowers or memorials to the Blue Envelope Health fund would be appreciated by the family.
