Selmer Evenson Dies Tuesday

Selmer Evenson, 76, died Tuesday at the hospital in Casper. Funeral Service will be held Saturday in Rapid City, S. D., with burial in Mt. View cemetery. Beherns Mortuary is in charge of the burial.

Mr. Evenson was born to Mr. and Mrs. Sever Evenson, August 17, 1896, at Presho, S. D., June 27, 1923, he married Nina Jarvis at Quinn, S. Dak. He was employed as a farmer, railroad worker and on construction in and around Rapid City moving to Lusk 3 1/2 years ago,

He is survived by his wife Nina of Lusk, two daughters Mrs. Edward (Selma) Rogina, Lusk, and Mrs. Art (Julia) Zimmerschied, Moorcroft and a son Duane of Rapid City. His parents and three sons preceded him in death.

The family requests memorials to the American Cancer Society.
