Tom Dunlap, 42, Dies of Heart Attack Monday

Thomas Dunlap, 42, of Lusk died Monday morning of a heart attack. Funeral services were held this Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. from the Peet Chapel.

The Rev. Fred Schuett of St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church of Lusk officiated at the services.

Mrs. J. P. Watson furnished organ music and accompanied Dr. Richard Collins, Harry Lyon, Mrs. Bob Bramlet and Mrs. Walter Fernau as they sang "Take My Hands and Lead Me." Dr. Collins sang "The Lord's Prayer."

Casket bearers were: Francis Rose, Dick Price, Tom Delaney, Floyd Young, Richard Macht and Don Sharon. Burial was in the Lusk cemetery.

Thomas Dunlap was born January 13, 1925 to Edwin and Bertha E. Dunlap at Grand Island, Nebr.

He served in World War II and met and married Ria Otto of Germany in 1947. They were the parents of three children, Monika, Thomas Jr. and Heidi.

Mr. Dunlap was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church of Lusk. Has been employed at the Frontier Lumber Company since 1949, where he was working until the time of his death.

His parents died previously.

Survivors include his widow, Ria, one son, Thomas Jr.; two daughters, Monika and Heidi; four sisters, Mrs. Florence Mann, Hale, Mich.; Mrs. Margueriette Whittaker, Wheatland; Mrs. Annabelle Hoblit, Lusk and Mrs. Blanche Walker, Alliance, Nebr.
