Reading Is FUN

President’s Day will be celebrated during Reading is FUN (RIF) on Wednesday, February 12 with a puppet show performed by the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA). Arthur Meets the President begins at 6:30 p.m. In this fun show Arthur wins an essay contest and gets to meet the President! But of course, there are challenges. Will Arthur really get to meet the President? Children will enjoy the puppet show and also have the opportunity to craft. A snack will be provided. The Friends of the Library sponsor literacy-based programs throughout the year for children of all ages. Books are available at each of the RIF events and children who miss an event will be able to select an extra book at the next attendance.
