Hey Kids!

Books read for summer reading also count in the “Hey Kids!” companion program which lasts all summer long. The “Hey Kids!” program requires children to register at the library and set a goal of how many library books or pages they can read each week (week ending on Friday), check out library books, READ them and then when they are returned to the library we track them! Each time the goal is met twice children are eligible to receive a gift certificate for swimming or ice cream. This program is open for all ages and sponsored by the Friends of the Library in cooperation with the Tiger Plunge and the Outpost Café.
