Afternoon Movie – “The Muppet Movie”

On Thursday, August 15, the afternoon movie will be “The Muppet Movie” at 1:30 p.m.

Kermit the Frog is persuaded by agent Dom DeLuise to pursue a career in Hollywood. Along the way, Kermit picks up Fozzie Bear, Miss Piggy, ‘The Great Gonzo’, and a motley crew of other Muppets with similar aspirations. Meanwhile, Kermit must elude the grasp of a Frog Legs Restaurant magnate, who plans to make Kermit his spokesman.

The library provides the popcorn; please bring your own drink. The film is rated G and is 95 minutes.
